About Lafacial Moore

Dr. Moore is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa in Psychology and continued her academic training at The University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa earning a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She provides counseling services to a variety of clients with presenting issues such as marital concerns, substance abuse, sexual abuse, behavioral problems, career counseling, disability related issues, spiritual/religious concerns, and other areas. Her theoretical approach is primarily cognitive behavioral and she able to provide individual, family, and couples counseling to all age groups.
